Thank you for choosing ShipOnlines (operated by Bigbearus Inc). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an order, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms below.
ShipOnlines provides freight brokerage services including LTL (Less-than-Truckload), FTL (Full Truckload), Drayage, and related transportation services. We act as a broker connecting shippers with licensed carriers. We do not operate freight vehicles except for dedicated proprietary lane services.
All quoted transit times are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. Actual transit time may be affected by carrier scheduling, cargo consolidation, weather, traffic, holidays, or other force majeure factors. ShipOnlines shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. If your shipment has strict time requirements, please contact us to discuss FTL or dedicated lane options.
You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact numbers, and business hours. For special facility types (e-commerce fulfillment centers, bonded warehouses, appointment-required facilities, or locations with special documentation requirements), you must notify us before booking. LTL drivers do not call ahead and may arrive at any time within the pickup window — please have cargo ready and labeled in advance. Fees resulting from inaccurate information, unprepared cargo, or failed pickup/delivery attempts (dry run fees, rescheduling fees, etc.) will be charged to the customer.
Accessorial services (liftgate, appointment delivery, inside pickup/delivery, residential delivery, etc.) must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking. If additional services are requested after the BOL (Bill of Lading) has been generated, system rates no longer apply and the carrier will quote separately. Modifying services after BOL generation may require canceling and rebooking the order; any resulting cancellation fees will be the customer's responsibility.
All declared cargo dimensions, weights, piece counts, and freight class must be accurate and truthful. If the carrier identifies discrepancies upon inspection, they reserve the right to perform a Reclass and issue an official Inspection Report. Any resulting rebill charges will be the customer's full responsibility. ShipOnlines is not liable for additional charges arising from inaccurate declarations.
ShipOnlines acts as a freight broker and does not assume liability for loss, damage, or delay of cargo. Carrier liability is governed by the carrier's published tariff (typically $0.50/lb for LTL, up to $100,000 per occurrence for TL), which may be significantly less than the actual cargo value. ShipOnlines does not provide cargo insurance. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase third-party cargo insurance prior to shipping, especially for high-value goods. Any damages or losses must be clearly noted and documented (with photos/videos) at the time of POD (Proof of Delivery) signature, or claims may be invalidated.
You agree not to ship: hazardous materials without proper declaration and carrier approval, illegal substances, live animals (without prior written approval), currency or negotiable instruments, items prohibited by applicable law or carrier tariff. Violations may result in immediate cancellation, additional charges, and legal liability.
Prepaid accounts must maintain sufficient wallet balance before booking. All quoted rates are subject to change until shipment is confirmed. Final charges may differ from quotes due to actual weight, dimensions, accessorials, or carrier adjustments. Invoices are due according to your account terms.
Orders cancelled before carrier pickup may be subject to cancellation fees depending on carrier and timing. Orders cancelled after pickup has occurred cannot be refunded. Wallet balance refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bigbearus Inc's total liability to you shall not exceed the freight charges actually paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of cargo value.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
