Everything you need to know about quoting, booking, tracking, and payments
Quoting & Booking
Select your shipping mode (LTL, Truckload, or Drayage), enter origin/destination zip codes and cargo details, then click Get Quote. Compare carrier rates and click Book to place your order. The entire process takes under 5 minutes.
All quotes are valid for 4 hours from the time they are generated. After expiration, you can re-quote with the same details in one click. Rates may change based on carrier availability and market conditions.
Shipping Modes
We support three main shipping modes: LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) for palletized shipments typically under 10,000 lbs, FTL (Full Truckload) for large shipments needing a dedicated truck, and Drayage for port container pickup and delivery from major US ports including LA/LB, NY/NJ, Chicago, Houston, and more.
Freight class (50-500) is based on density, handling, stowability, and liability. A simple rule: divide weight by volume in cubic feet. Higher density usually means a lower class and lower rate. If unsure, check your product packaging label or ask our support team. Note: incorrect freight class may result in carrier re-classification and additional charges.
Payment & Wallet
Deposit funds via wire transfer or Zelle to your ShipOnlines wallet. When you book a shipment, the freight cost is frozen from your balance and deducted upon delivery confirmation. Check your balance and transaction history anytime in your account dashboard. You will receive an email notification once your deposit is credited.
Orders & Tracking
Go to My Orders in your dashboard and click any order to view real-time tracking with map view, status timeline, and estimated delivery. Tracking syncs automatically every 30 minutes. You can also use the public tracking page with your PRO number.
Freight Claims
Note any damage on the delivery receipt (POD) immediately upon delivery. Then contact our support team at with your order number and photos of the damage. We will file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process. We recommend reporting within 72 hours of delivery for the best claim outcome.
